Our team at Clarence Street Dental Group believes that in order to serve our patients we must first understand our patients. In order for us to continuously improve our practices we must always be learning and growing, and hearing directly from our patients will help us do just that. Booking my appointments is easy. Contacting the office to schedule is convenient as there are many avenues to do so (phone, text, email, social media). The team always knows exactly what to book me in for based on my needs.

The waiting room is calming and comforting. I enjoy the atmosphere and appreciate the signage around the room that has the wifi password and covid protocols.

I did not wait long once I was seated in the treatment room. It was private and allowed me to discuss my concerns with my dentist / hygienist. My appointment was smooth and went as planned. Overall I enjoyed seeing my dentist / hygienist and look forward to seeing them next time.

Checking out after my appointment is a seamless process. I'm escorted from the treatment room to the check-out area by one of the Front Desk team members and my paperwork is ready for me. Any appointments needed are booked and I am sent home having had all my questions answered.
