You must be friendly, outgoing, and love making a strong personal bond with your patients.

Patient Coordinator
Patient Coordinators ensure that all of the non-clinical aspects of our patients' visits run perfectly. Their primary role is to make sure that patients are thrilled with each of their visits. Duties include treatment planning, case presentation, financial arrangements, and insurance coordination. You must have excellent communication skills, as you often act as a bridge between the doctor and the patient. You must be able to juggle many tasks at once, work self-sufficiently, and have strong computer skills.

Dental Assistant
Level II Dental Assistants are responsible for supporting the doctors in all aspects of patient care. There is much more to this role than simply passing instruments to the doctor. We encourage our dental assistants to play an active role in patient care as oral health care professionals. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to act as a team with the doctor in co-diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. This role includes many important specialized duties, so you must be a quick learner and thrive under pressure.

Business Administrator
Our business team performs general reception duties as well as specialized duties in patient care. Their main objective is to provide excellent customer service in support of the clinical team. You must have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person. You must love making each of our patients feel like an old friend, whether it is their first or 50th visit.
