New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to join us.
Our group practice of general dentists and dental specialists is
an ideal environment to learn and grow. All of our doctors will
support you 100% in reinforcing basic skills, exploring advanced
techniques, and mastering patient management and communication.
Our Registered Dental Hygiene team looks after the primary oral
health care of our patients. Rather than focus solely on removal
of deposits, we encourage our hygienists to play an active role
in co-diagnosing, treatment planning, patient education, and
overall patient care. You must be friendly, outgoing, and love
making a strong personal bond with your patients.
Patient Coordinators ensure that all of the non-clinical aspects
of our patients' visits run perfectly. Their primary role is to
make sure that patients are thrilled with each of their visits.
Duties include treatment planning, case presentation, financial
arrangements, and insurance coordination. You must have
excellent communication skills, as you often act as a bridge
between the doctor and the patient. You must be able to juggle
many tasks at once, work self-sufficiently, and have strong
Level II Dental Assistants are responsible for supporting the
doctors in all aspects of patient care. There is much more to
this role than simply passing instruments to the doctor. We
encourage our dental assistants to play an active role in
patient care as oral health care professionals. You must have
excellent communication skills and be able to act as a team with
the doctor in co-diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient
education. This role includes many important specialized duties,
so you must be a quick learner and thrive under pressure.
Our business team performs general reception duties as well as
specialized duties in patient care. Their main objective is to
provide excellent customer service in support of the clinical
team. You must have excellent communication skills both on the
phone and in person. You must love making each of our patients
feel like an old friend, whether it is their first or 50th
